  • Estate distribution without a will.
  • Wills basics (types of wills, clauses, legal requirements, statutory requirements, and execution  formalities).
  • Practical considerations in drafting.


About Speaker: 

Shannon M. Stein is an associate attorney with Goodwin Brown Gross & Lovelace LLP, a full service trusts and estates firm. Ms. Stein practices in the areas of probate and trust administration-including disputed matters, conservatorships, and estate planning. Ms. Stein is a native San Diegan, attended California Western School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar and San Diego County Bar Associations Trusts and Estates sections.
